ABOUT ME...
Being a competitive athlete growing up, Holistic Health, Wellness and Fitness have always been the foundation of my life. In 2004, I endured my one and only car accident and had suffered extreme trauma to my neck and back. Throughout the recovery process, Massage Therapy proved to be the most healing, beneficial and lasting Holistic modality I had experienced for myself. After my recovery, and feeling like there was more to my life's journey that I had not yet tapped into, I decided to transition from a career in teaching to pursue a career in the field of Holistic Arts/Massage Therapy. I began studying Massage Therapy in 2005 at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in Laguna Niguel, CA where I received my certifications in Massage Therapy (500 hours) and Holistic Health Practitioner (1000 hours). I began my private practice in 2006. I've had many life changing experiences and have been blessed with the opportunity to develop and maintain life long clients and friendships along the way. I'm so grateful that I was led onto this path and to have the chance to touch other people's lives, through Massage Therapy, on a daily basis.
My overall goal as a practitioner is to utilize and implement the knowledge and experience I've acquired through the years to help facilitate the healing process in others. To provide a clean, safe and nurturing space in which the "Healing of Self" can occur. To provide skillful, intuitive and compassionate care. To provide the opportunity for one to experience the maximum health benefits that Therapeutic Massage provides and leave each session with a greater sense of well-being, balance and restoration. To build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other professionals in the field. To educate and inspire others on how uniquely powerful Therapeutic Massage can be for every individual so one can experience and maintain a healthy, vibrant lifestyle. To increase my knowledge and availability as a therapist in order to generate new growth both personally and professionally. And most importantly, to embrace the love, compassion, joy and healing that comes from touching another life and the positive exchange therein!
